Skiing
Each winter, Troop 648 visits Canaan Valley Resort in Davis, West Virginia for our annual ski trip. The slopes are challenging enough for experienced skiers, but there are also plenty of beginner and intermediate trails. Youth and adult lessons are also available from beginner to more advanced skill levels. There are also a variety of activities for Scouts to enjoy off the slopes, such as snowshoeing, ice skating, and sleigh rides.

One of the greatest elements of this weekend trip is the family nature of it - parents and siblings are welcome and encouraged to join in. And Troop 648 shares multiple cabins with full amenities from kitchens to multiple bathrooms and a fireplace.
